DXL script to bold the shall tag in the requirements

I need a dxl script to search the string i.e. "shall" and made this string to bold.

Click here to go to a post where a very similar request was made - it's not as straight forward as it might seem.

The hard bit is coding a search routine that can distinguish "shall" as a word from "shall" as a sub-string within another word, plus other possible variations that may need to be taken into account.
